BESPOKE METALWORK FABRICATION
100% SATISFACTION
Romark Engineering | Sheet Metal Welding
Bespoke Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal work manufacturing for both one-off and production volumes for the automotive, power and architectural industries, our highly skilled workforce produces prototype parts and pressed parts for production runs. We offer a comprehensive plasma, laser and waterjet profiling service; the laser can cut up to 20mm steel and 16mm stainless steel, whilst the water jet can cut most materials up to 200mm. Wherever possible CAD is used to cut customer-supplied data with high-performance tooling designed by our engineers.
Professional Sheet Metal Welding
Welding is an essential part of the sheet metal fabrication process and uses heat and/or pressure to form joints between two separate pieces of metal. We use MIG and TIG welding methods to deliver reliable, durable and cost-effective solutions.
What are MIG and TIG welding?
TIG Welding
Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding is used to create joins between several small and thin materials. TIG welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to heat the metal and can be used with or without a filler. Though a slower process than MIG welding, TIG welding boasts precision and accuracy.
MIG Welding
Metal inert gas (MIG) welding is used to weld together larger, thicker materials. MIG welding uses a consumable wire that acts as both the electrode and the filler material. In this way, it can be faster than TIG welding, though it is not quite as precise or clean as TIG welding results.

Bespoke Metal Folding & Pressing
Metal folding is the process of bending and shaping sheet metalwork. Pressing (or stamping) is the creation of a shape in metal. Punching, blanking, bending, coining, embossing, and flanging are all pressing techniques used to shape the metal. Before the metal can be folded or pressed, we use CAD engineering technology to ensure optimisation and accuracy. Get in touch with us today for a quote!
