Our fabrication services are suitable for one-off and production volumes for the automotive, power and architectural industries, our skilled team produces prototype parts and pressed parts for production runs. We offer a plasma, laser and waterjet profiling service; the laser can cut up to 20mm steel and 16mm stainless steel, whilst the water jet can cut most materials up to 200mm.
What is laser profiling?
Laser profiling uses a beam of light concentrated through a cutting lens to cut materials, usually metals. By focusing the light into a very small and hot focal point, we can cut metals such as steel, stainless, aluminium, copper and brass.The precision laser profiling that we provide allows us to deliver high-specification and highly optimised metal parts and components.
Our precision laser profiling includes:
